1.While you are washing your hand you could sing a song called happy birthday and sing it 2X
2.You should wish your hand for 20 secound
3.You should wish your hand before you got out for mornning tea or if your hand is dirty you should go and wish it.

1.You should blow your noise 4X a day
2.After finish blowing your nose make sure you put your tissue in the rubbish bin.
