This morning the 2nd of September we had cross country and it was a long day so in the morning we were getting ready.When we go there we let the puriri team go first.People cheering loud so loud that my ear was nearly death.When it was my time we did 1/2 lap and I came first it was really long so long but I stilled came first,and I was so happy I never give up when I was running and I done no walking.Then it was the rata team they did so good,none of them give up.When it was my turn again year 6 I came 2nd because one of my friend told me that if he come first his parent will give him 40$ so when we got to the end I said to him run and get the 40$ and I told him I wont come first.He said thank you to me and I said no problem.
